Room was old and the desk was broken. The edges of the room were dirty. The bed was not ready for our children. The room was expensive and very small. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful.

Good value for money and near the train sation, super market and restaurant choices

Dissatisfied, rooms are tired, reception staff extremely slow and inconsiderate

Outside of the hotel looks tired and dated. Reception area is nice, however this is let down by the oblivious reception staff who felt at times to work intentionally slowly - clearly seeing frustrated people waiting they would move slowly, talk and joke with one another showing no consideration to the people waiting. This was every day during my stay. Also, no apology or help afford when ordering a taxi which then picked up the incorrect guest - the staff did not care nor offer to help ensure I got into the next taxi - I ended up 40 minutes late for work. Lateness I dont blame on the staff, nor the taxi picking up the incorrect passenger, however the lack of support or care shown to customers is extremely poor!
