We had the best stay at hotel mercure Wien Zentrum. The room was clean, great beds and a nice bathroom. The location is in the city center, walking distance from shops, history and nice parks. The staff is very friendly and the beakfast amazing. And.. one of the best experiences here was the guided city tour guided by Regina, she did a terrific job showing us Vienna!

While i was doing my room booking via booking.com, i did mistake about the date. When we issued this problem, we were at the reception desk at Vienne. So your staff Mrs. Katharina take care of us. And arrange my, non refundable booking refund. I’m really glad to this initiative. And Katharina also remembered my birthday and send us lovely present. Everything was great. I definetely tell my friends and stay at Accors Hotel again.
