It's important to us that our guests enjoy a restful environment, and our double-glazed windows and quieter backside rooms are designed to provide that. We regret to hear about the other aspects of your stay that did not meet your expectations. While we're proud of our modern accommodations, including the Sweetbeds by ibis installed in 2018 for quality sleep, we apologize if they did not provide you with the comfort you anticipated.
