Good interior design, staffs are friendly and place is so convenient. Historic hotel and many good decoration for photo taking. Although the guest room is not so big but full of old England style and hotel is neat. Breakfast is delicious and the front desk staffs are so helpful

I recently stayed here for five nights. From my airport pick-up, through my stay, until they dropped me back off at the airport, the stay and service was fantastic! Every team member was kind, they began to memorize your name or room number as you frequented the different areas. The food options were amazing and the room amenities were perfect. The location is convenient to walk around the city as well. If I ever visit the area again, there is no where else I would stay.

Great hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was lovely for us travelling with our teenage son - he welcomes some privacy from time to time. Lovely location. Fantastic service. We’ve changed hotels to return at the end of our trip.
