I was gi en a room on the 9th floor which was very noisy. The receptionist was great and arranged another room for me. The 9th floor is very noisy and I will ask not to be placed there in future

Room a little tired

Time for a refresh of rooms - two tears in the net curtains and carpet lifting on entrance to the bathroom. Comfortable bed though and room quite clean. On check out the hotel computer system was down so I paid my incidental account ($10.00) in cash. It was then charged to my credit card as well. Only a small amount but I still don't want to pay it twice.

Very Well located excellent stay

I was allocated a great room near the elevator. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed breakfast there and it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Wellington close to shops and restaurants.
