The aircon in my room was blowing hot air. Maintenance came twice and the last time he came I was told that my room will be changed. I just need to wait for the receptionist to call me. They never did! The sofa needs to be upholstered really bad too.

spa was not open

Dear Ms Jenna L., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Pullman Kuching. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. With regards to your feedback on the spa -- the wellness centre, located at level 3, is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm on Mondays to Saturdays (closed on Sundays and public holidays). It is advisable to contact the wellness centre at least 2 hours prior to check on the availability of your preferred appointment time. Please note that the wellness centre is operated by a third party vendor. We also would like to apologise for any inconveniences caused by the WiFi connection during your stay. At Pullman, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
