disappointing hotel

Tiffers-1001 TripAdvisor review

Not a 4 star hotel . We had a party booking for 20 for 4 nights through Tailor Travel. The door entry card system was faulty so we had to make repeated visits to reception to get the cards activated.. Staff did apologise. Our first night included buffet dinner- the food was warm and not enough for the two groups who had booked in. The drinks were expensive and we had no waiter service so had to order from the bar. Breakfast food was a little better buffet service but no plate warmer switched on except one morning. A convenient location near the city centre but not one to recommend.

Well located etc, but issued incorrect invoice compared to charge made and no calls back despite promises

You Charged me over £200 yet the invoice for tax purposes shows just over £100 !! I requested the corrected invoice and was promised this two days ago....no invoice and no call back have occurred. Please respond to me urgently as I believe what you have done is far from legal.

However, we did go through a big change with our systems in the hotel, which we communicated to all of our guest staying. Hence why we are a little behind with the administration.
