Enjoyed our stay. Very hard to find a 2 bedroom apartment in Paris and this suited our family of 4 well. Location is a bit out of town but there are two stations within walking distance. Excellent local supermarket at the end of the street. Beds were comfortable and the two showers were handy. Customer service was very good and friendly. No laundry facilities in the room but there is a communal laundry facility with a pay machine.

Despite a slightly cold welcome the member of staff managed to turn things around - she was eventually smiley and friendly and made us feel welcome. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. We didn’t have breakfast but the local boulangerie was recommended to us and didn’t disappoint.

the kitchen table was sticky; the shampoo and body wash dispenser in the kitchen did not work; when picking up my luggage from the storage room, the personnel simply asked me to point at my bag - i.e. they did not carry out any form of identification. everyone could have taken my bag and I could have taken any bag, too. Otherwise nice stay.
