-Room without toilet brush, high moisture, unreliable aircon and basically without furniture. -Breafasts without updated info that I have it included -Breakfast with very compromised hygiene level due placement of forks, knives, spoons for restaurant visitors (every visitor touching each others forks as it was not possible to take one without touching others - in every morning). Cleaning and mopping in the restaurant very poor level. -After spending 4 nights at your hotel - you even vanted to get 2 pounds extra to leave my luggage into luggage room for 2 less than two hours.

well located, good breakfast but there must be a problem with routing the bathrooms. because it had a bad smell.

Dirty rooms

When we arrived in the hotel they made us wait while we informed them that we’ll be late for our check in. When we entered the room we saw the witch was unexpectedly small for three people. Also it was really dirty ie the sheets, the bathroom and the floor. Also the third bed wasn’t ready for the third person in our reservation, as a result they didn’t clean it in advance. When I asked for the manager to explain my complaints they told that the manager wasn’t there in the moment. I continued to complain so I was introduced to a lady as a manager, but in reality she was in charge of cleaning which I found out after my request for a change of room without additional charge due to inconvenience. The first room that they showed me was also dirty especially the shower and the bathroom. I asked them that if we decide to stay in that room I would like it to be cleaned a second time and what they told me is that the room is spotless and that they would not clean anything extra and they ostentatiously stepped on the toilet in front of me for a related observation I made to them. Finally, after three rooms we were shown and after an hour in this condition, we decided to stay in the last one because it was in better condition. But the evening of returning to the room and after our trip when we wanted to take a shower we realized that our towels were dirty. P.S. 1. When we decided to stay in the last room they made us wait for a long time while we had to leave so we could leave our suitcases and go, and after we asked them what is taking so long they told that it was complicated and that they didn’t wanted us to bother them again. 2. When we were introduced to the lady that was actually in charge of cleaning they told as an excuse to the third bed that wasn’t ready, that the reservation was for only two people while they knew it was for three.
