The place is amazing, staff is having a great sense of customer service, especially Myra, Juar and Kezia of the house keeping staff who are friendly and look after our needs during our stay and makes sure that our room is neat and tidy, very satisfied with the service. Will surely recommend the place and looking forward to visit again.

There was no hot water in the room. Complained 3 times but no resolve.

Rooms were great, but the showers had Luke warm water. The breakfast was below average,.could be better given that food and comfort are what makes a great hotel experience
