Pillows are soft. Even changing to harder pillows didn’t help as my sleep was compromised due to the uncomfortable support

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Mr. T., I have already shared with all department manager about your unpleasant experience. According to your valuable comments, we have some necessary measure for improving your stay experience at next stay. Firstly, we will prepare more harder buckwheat pillow instead of lavender and neck pillow. I hope it could be better for your sleeping. And about points issue, please allow me to explain. Our front office manager has double-checked your two reservations, the booking for April 10-16 can be credited as the room was paid by yourself. But another booking for April 7-10 cannot be credited since room charge to group and billed centrally. Which is membership points policy. Thanks for your understanding. At the same time, I have learnt from our sales manager that you will return to Shanghai in September, and I will personally be responsible for your next stay, to ensure that the room cleanliness and service reach to your satisfactions. Unless you pay for the hotel stays, Accor will not credit the night stays, unlike Marriott or IHG. The airconditioning is not working properly and the room temperature can be very warm even at full blast of the airconditioning. Pillows are really soft and hard pillows are still soft
