The hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were very helpful and always wanted to go out of their way for us. The room cleaning service was absolutely amazing. Everything was very clean everyday and everyone was absolutely lovely. We appreciated all the help and support during this stay and we will definitely be back! We also want to thank Robert who assisted us daily with taxi service and recommendations in Singapore. His help and support was extremely helpful and we are appreciative for all the help from all the staff members! Thanks for an amazing stay

Fairmont Singapore is located at the City Hall and just above the MRT station. Room is nice and staff are well trained. Front Desk staff, Mr. Cheng Hai, friendly and knowledgeable. Simon and his team in the Gold Lounge is kind and attentive.

It was challenge getting late checkout. Inspite if room availibity on Accor site which was shown to them the staff was adamant on not providing. With severe persistence they agreed on 2 pm then 3 and lastly 3.30pm where as the request was for 5pm. It was like though business negotiation. On informing of GOLD MEMBERSHIP benefit , the staff was not interested at all.

The staff are fabulous from the moment you pull into the driveway. The man with the top hat is just lovely - funny and personable all the time. Check in was seamless and the room extra large, well appointed, amazing views over Singapore and the amenities were great. Pool area is nice and fun for our child. Breakfast is amazing, huge selection. We’d stay here again for sure!
