Exquisite hotel with impeccable service and accommodations. Huge shout out to Cristian, Jevelle and all of the Fulton staff. Christian and Jevelle were amazing, and helped us understand so much about Austin. They treated us like queens. All staff are extremely professional and we will never stay anywhere else. We travel a great deal, and the Fairmont is by far the best in every category.

My experience at Fulton lobby bar, especially with our server Biggy, was nothing short of exceptional. Biggy took care of our large group with such attentiveness and efficiency that we felt truly pampered throughout the evening. Not only was he quick in refilling our glasses with wine and ensuring another round of drinks promptly, but his recommendations for drinks were spot on. The espresso martini he suggested was an absolute delight, made with freshly brewed espresso that added a perfect kick to the cocktail. Thanks to Biggy's excellent service!
