Hello! Today there was an outrageous attitude towards me. I arrived in the morning and the girl told me to come to the reception at 14:30, since it was early. I arrived at 14:30, there was already another administrator at the counter (men), who said that check-in was only at 3. While I was waiting, he asked me to move away from the counter and wait away from the woman. I said that I was standing on the side and not interfering. To which he told me to go away. Well, okay, then I waited on the chair for 3 hours and a couple came, who for some reason were served before 3 and were given the keys before me. Then the administrator said that despite the prepaid reservation, I need to give a credit card or bring him 1000 euros in cash, otherwise he will not accommodate me. I found an electronic card and there was a CVV. I showed him the number, covering the CVV with my finger. he began to be indignant that everyone trusted him and if I continued to close, he would not be able to serve me further. and I had to open all the data. is this normal in your opinion? first I need to look for money in cash, then for some reason show all the data with a card. Your rules say that the card guarantee is only for unpaid reservations. Please look into this situation. It's outrageous.

Some improvements I suggest for you: No more toilet paper at the hotel on monday morning, so no refill at our room. Olay, kleenex instead but someone in your ordering chain should be emberassed…… And please fix the gas fireplace in the lobby. So much nicer to have a beer or a glass of wine that one on!

Very good hotel, clean, new. I would only include a door in the shower as one gets cold with the room AC + I would stop incentivate people to drink by offering a welcome drink. Offer something else, I don't drink.
