Do not take any freaking taxi recommended by staff. It will cost you so much money whatever you imagned. Take a taxi from grap. I had great experience with much happness but left the hotel with bad image due to the local taxi. I strongly recommend to deal with grab as your hotel taxi!!

Amazing and new hotel with the helpful and supportive stuff

The hotel is totally new and well maintained and I would say that it can be luxury hotel like Sofitel or Fairmont. It has a huge space where you can walk and you will never get bored as well as scenarios sea coast. The stuff of the hotel is amazing and one of the best that I have ever met during my stays at the hotels. All of the team have been very supportive and took extra care of us. However, the hotel has a serious problem with the food range. On the breakfast you will find mostly Asian Cuisine and very less if international options, as well the juices were always hot, while it should be cold and refreshing. During our stay, we got a very strong stomach virus and upon our return to the home, doctor mantioned that it is because of the bacteria in the water. So we were sick mostly for our entire stay, but again hotel stuff took really good care of us. I would recommend this hotel, but be prepared for having only Asian options and do not take any single sip of water.
