While in the park, don't miss your chance to visit Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery. Built and lived in by architect Sir John Soane, Pitzhanger Manor has stood in Walpole Park for over 200 years. The Grade I listed house is open to the public. It features an art gallery, café and learning centre for the family to enjoy.
Visit Syon Park and take in one of the best heritage areas in the city. Syon House was built in the sixteenth century and was once the home of Henry VIII's fifth wife, Catherine Howard. Tour the house room by room to learn more about its history and how it has changed over hundreds of years. Outside, the Grade I listed Great Conservatory highlights the park. It combines ground-breaking architecture with a vast array of exotic trees and plants, and was famously landscaped by Capability Brown, making it an excellent spot for nature, history lovers and families.
The Questors Theatre is one of Ealing's gems. An amateur theatre founded almost 100 years ago, the Questors has been a mainstay of the theatre scene in this part of the city. The theatre has staged well over 1,000 productions and launched the careers of several prolific writers, directors and actors. Take the whole family to Brentford's Musical Museum for a whimsical journey through the history of all things music.
