I have stayed at this hotel numerous times for business travel - great service, clean rooms and facilities, nice food/rooftop bar- all round highly recommendable hotel. Special thanks to Obi, Jira who were fantastic to deal with. Thanks Novotel team, I’ll be back next time through Bangkok 👍

Really good service, friendly Personal and good prices + Close to train station + Rooftop + Big room + Ordering food to the room does not take much time and taste like in restaurant Minor issues - some devices are old fashioned but functional.

Suitable for Couples and Families with extraordinary service.

The hotel I stayed at was the best I've experienced so far, with exceptional service. The staff were very cooperative and spoke fluent English. After checking out, we realized we had left our dress in the washroom. However, the hotel staff kindly couriered our belongings to our desired address.

Fon in the executive lounge does a great job. She is friendly and professional. The staff member on the door early for breakfast is not so good and should not be greeting customers. The room was clean and tidy and the hotel location close to BTS and Terminal 21.
