I regularly visit Swissotel Bosphorous. I like atmosphere,foods and staff. This hotel always crowded and you spend nice time in there. Marketing team also professional,kind and hardworking. Zeynep Yuvali, Müge Kankaya, Beste Oztopal and İpek Turacli best team. I recommend this hotel to everyone,

This review focuses on the Club Lounge on the 17th floor as we felt our experience here merited a review. Will write a separate review on rest of the hotel in due course. On the 17th floor of the hotel is a bit of an oasis with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The lounge there offers guests in certain suites a more personal space for breakfast or a coffee / tea during the day but it is the afternoon ‘happy hour’ between 5 and 7 that is a real treat. A lovely spread of high quality foods and drinks to go with that. It is worth it in our opinion to upgrade the booking to have the access to the lounge. We visited three times during our stay and found the service to be more personal and attentive than anywhere else in the hotel. Particularly, I would want to say that Berkel and Doruk were always a good and welcoming sight after a day’s sightseeing and we appreciated their friendly manner and quick service. Doruk’s Aperol Spritz by the way was made the best of all the spots in the hotel. Thank you Berkel and Doruk!

Amazing hotel and staff. Highly recommended. Always friendly atmosphere. High quality service, food and cleanless. Very beautiful views from the Roof 16 and clean swimming pool. Breakfast is very delicious with a nice view to the Bosphorus.

Good hotel, good location. The only issue I had was the noise at night, loud music disturbed our sleep for two nights. Otherwise, staff are friendly, breakfast is average. Very secure. I did book a room with a view, however I thought the room they gave me was a partial view.

Certainly not a 5* star hotel. If you want good service, definitely avoid.

We have travel from Milan and have another holiday planned on the weekend, so we booked Swiss Hotel Bosphorus to get some rest between the flights. This was a bad idea - we should of chose Ritz Carlton nearby instead. It all began during the check in. We had a great manager, who was kindly telling us about the hotel. Suddenly, his colleague at the reception desk (a very tall dark haired guy) rudely interrupts the conversation, and starts rudely talking to us. It seemed like we are not checking into the hotel, but rather are visiting his own apartment. We aren’t used to this rudeness and never faced this before, having stayed in plenty of the 5* hotel worldwide - from Maxx Royall and Park Hyatt, to St Regis and Movenpick. Our reception manager was clearly embarrassed by his colleague’s actions. Moreover, once we walked into our room in the so called 5* hotel, we discovered they put a single towel for each person (there are two people in our room). What are we meant to do with one towel per person? Not sure how the hotel staff envisioned people taking a shower etc. And, for the symmetry, apparently, 2 coffee capsules and a single 300ml bottle of water. And it continues.. we decided to get some rest by the pool. Here you would not be getting any rest by the pool for sure. I mean, the outdoor pool does exist. Yet the sunbeds are some plastic construction (no mattress, nothing). One again, questionable choice by a 5* hotel. To top it all off, the staff here would just ignore you, instead of helping. The cleaning staff has loud phone conversations in the bathrooms, which is absolutely should not be happening in a hotel public areas. If you wish to stand in the queue for breakfast, and then run after waiters to get their attention, this is the hotel for you. But there are also some positives: the view is gorgeous, the bathrobes are comfortable. The SPA service is amazing - all the staff is very professional, and the facilities are great. The gym area is also lovely!
